How do I register?

If you are a registered business and an ABN holder, simply fill in the Wholesale Customer Registration form and forward to Lily May Accessories by email to – enquiries@lilymay.com.au or by mail to – PO Box 4318, Canning Vale East WA 6955.

Once approved, a Lily May representative will contact you with your login, password and a wholesale price list.

 

How do I order products?

Once you have been registered, simply log into www.lilymay.com.au with your login details. As you place items into the shopping cart, the wholesale price will appear.

Confirmation of your order will be emailed after your order has been placed.

 

Do you have a minimum order?

Lily May Accessories has a minimum order of $150.00 (AUD) inclusive of GST.  Standard freight is included a no cost.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made on-line by Credit Card or Paypal or by bank direct deposit.  Please refer to the Paypal website (www.paypal.com) for full information on the safety and security of using this method of payment. By using this method Lily May receives no information on the details of your credit card.

 

How much is delivery?

Standard Australia Post delivery is provided free by Lily May Accessories for orders within Australia. If you wish to utilise Registered Post a fee of $9.50 applies.

Lily May endeavours to despatch your order within one working day of full payment being received . All care is taken in packaging your order, to ensure goods are received in good order and condition.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do fulfil International orders. Please contact us for further information on freight costs.

 

Do you provide discount for larger orders?

Lily May provides discount incentives for retailers. A further discount of 5% applies to orders over $500.

 

Can my outlet be listed on the Lily May website?

Yes, Lily May will include those retailers that wished to be listed on the website.
